Mon Chemie is a consulting company based in Montenegro with focus on chemical raw materials. We are highly specialized and provide a very individual consulting that is tailored to our customer requests. Since 2023 we support our client’s Procurement departments by identifying cost saving potentials when purchasing speciality chemicals and trade name materials, and to lower the strategic risk by second source validation. During this process, we are happy to coordinate the qualification of new materials and to be the interface between Procurement and Research & Development. In addition, we perform audits on behalf of our clients to ensure that their raw material suppliers comply with international production standards and to identify potential production risks. If requested, we can audit internal processes at our clients as well. As we have many years of experience in PCBs and Semiconductor industries, we are used to highest quality requirements and can support the implementation of new methods to ensure the analytical raw material quality at our clients and at their suppliers.
Dr. Anna Lena Raza, CEO
Dr. Anna Lena Raza did her PhD in the field of Inorganic Chemistry / Metalorganic and Catalysis at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and started her professional career in Sales of speciality chemicals (Croda). In the Global Strategic Procurement, she worked for Solvay and MKS Atotech and gained experience in Global Category Management as well as in Key Account Management and was responsible for toll-manufacturing activities. Later, she was leading an international team as Global Head of Sourcing as function of the Procurement department, where she was responsible for the risk management / multiple source strategies and worked in close collaboration with Research & Development. Dr. Anna Lena Raza has more than 10 years of experience in the speciality chemicals market, knows the market from all sites and developed a global network. In 2023, she founded the company Mon Chemie as consulting company with focus on specialty chemicals.
Dr. Martin Richter, CTO
Dr. Martin Richter did his PhD in the field of Organic Chemistry / Medical Chemistry at Freie Universität Berlin before he dedicated himself to one of the most innovative technologies – the circuit boards and semiconductor industry. He started his career at Contag AG, a manufacturer of Prototype PCBs, leading several technical departments (Analytics, Surface Finishing, Conductive Pattern Build Up, Photo Processes) and developing new products. 2013 he started at MKS Atotech where he continued developing new products and processes in the Semiconductor division. Part of his tasks was the implementation of the newly developed processes at the customers including the associated adjustments and optimization steps. In 2019 he joined the Global Procurement team where he was leading the Global Supplier Quality Assurance and became an ISO 9001 auditor. He worked on continuous raw material quality improvement and the implementation of the demanding quality standards within the international supply bases, that the PCB and Semiconductor production requires, before joining Mon Chemie as CTO.
